 The telephone helpline service provides a voluntary and confidential support, information and counselling service to help employees and their immediate family members to resolve personal problems and concerns, some of which may affect concentration and/or performance at work.
It does not cut across any existing company procedures or support networks, but gives people an extra resource to use.
