Great Yarmouth Borough Services (GYBS)
GYBS receives a block grant to deliver outcomes defined in appropriate Service Level Agreements and against specific KPIs across a range of services - refuse collections, recycling, street cleaning, public and amenity building maintenance, grounds care, footway lighting, street furniture and engineering services.
The groundbreaking partnership agreement enables GYBS management to innovate, and to reinvest cost savings in service delivery efficiency wherever it is most needed; delivering improved services to residents and financial benefit to the local authority.

Waveney Norse
Some of the most the prominent public-facing, frontline services in the Waveney District Council area – including street cleansing, refuse collection, car parking and maintenance of parks and open spaces – are provided by Norse via a Joint Venture Company with the Council.
The jointly owned company ensures continuous improvement and sustainability of services, that can not only improve services but also makes best use of the public purse.

Suffolk Coastal Services
Unlike traditional contractor service provision, under the partnership agreement between Suffolk Coastal District Council (SCDC), Norfolk County Council and Norse, Norse is responsible for both the strategic policy formation, and for quality service delivery in conjunction with its partners.
Financial savings are achieved through lower central support costs, procurement and vehicle operation and insurance costs. The formation of SCS as a separate limited company also increased the freedom to trade more openly, delivering SCDC an annual profit percentage return from SCS.

Enfield Norse
This forward-thinking joint venture with the London Borough of Enfield delivers building cleaning services to 150 establishments including schools, libraries, offices and specialist housing.
The freedom of Enfield Norse to trade outside the council also means that Enfield Borough Council now receives an annual profit percentage return from the partnership.
